Aktisoft Tax Templates consist a series of linked Microsoft™ Excel worksheets designed to simplify tax return calculations, and allow for direct submission of the printed output to Revenue Canada as your 1991 tax return. If you've used Excel at all, you 're ready to use Atkisoft Tax Templates.
The complete version of Atkisoft Tax Templates includes all tax schedules, T1C (Ont.), and many of the commonly used tax return forms, all of which are linked and do all calculations for you. By entering your personal data, e.g. T4 information, the templates will allow you to avoid common arithmetical, transcription and table lookup errors, and to see how 'what-if' calculations affect your tax bottom line.
This limited capability demo consists of an unlinked T1 General that can be used for your tax calculations but cannot be directly submitted to Revenue Canada.
In order to use this demo, launch Excel version 2.2/3.0, open the T1_GENERAL, and then enter the appropriate data in the selected fields. By pressing the "tab"or "return" or "enter", the template will move to the next field that requires input.
This template contains numerous locked cells and is protected. However, to modify the template, merely select 'Unprotect' from "Options" menu (full menus) and hit the 'enter' key. Then select the cell you wish to unlock and select "Cell Protection" from the "Format" menu to select unlock.
These templates were created on a MAC IIsi and a MacSE, with the output printed on both a laser printer and an Imagewriter II. Although thoroughly tested, Aktisoft will not be liable for errors or omissions, as provided for in the Income Tax Act.
This software is distributed as SHAREWARE. If you find these templates useful or would like to order the complete series of linked templates, complete and print the ORDER_FORM, contained in this package.
